WHAT SIZE AM I?
When shopping for vintage and pre-owned pieces online, it’s best to follow our garment measurements listed as opposed to the marked size. For all denim, please also check out our sizing guide to ensure you find something that suits you best. Clothing and sizing has changed over time and differs between brands. Should you have any questions about specific measurements, feel free to contact us directly at hello@shopeveryonewins.com.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please e-mail hello@shopeveryonewins.com for return instructions.

For any returns or exchanges, you will need to send us the following items:
  • The original order invoice
  • The item/s being returned or exchanged

Any purchases made in the month of December will have an extended return period of 30 days.


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Typically our orders ship within 24 hours of receiving. Within the continential United States, the majority of shipments reach their destination within 5 working days.

WHAT IS VINTAGE?
To us, vintage is previously owned and manufactured items from our past. This means anything ranging from the 2000’s and prior. Everything, Everyone Wins is a pre-existing garment and has already been living on our planet, we work with these pieces to create something to enjoy for a second, third, and beyond life. Our motto for each garment we carry is NOTHING NEW <3.


All items we carry have been professionally washed and cleaned. While we follow guidelines for maintaining the highest quality product, normal wear should be expected. Because of the second-hand, transient nature of vintage, some pieces may have areas of discoloration, holes, or wear.  Imperfections will be noted to the best of our ability. If and when we see fit, we repair to the best of our ability.
